Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for engaging user experiences and be adept at designing intuitive interfaces that visually captivate and effectively fulfill user needs. Working closely with product managers and developers, the UX/UI Designer will play a central role in crafting innovative design solutions that improve usability, optimize user interaction, and ultimately elevate the user experience across our digital platforms. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction.
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
• Create storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from users to improve design and functionality.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business objectives and user needs to inform design strategies.
• Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications as part of the design process.
• Ensure that UX/UI design is consistent across all platforms and mediums, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance the user experience.
• Coordinate with developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design concepts.
• Facilitate product visions by researching, conceiving, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences for digital products.
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions that align with user needs and business goals.
• Present designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven UX/UI experience with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects and design skills.
• Proficiency in standard UX software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and others.
• Strong understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Excellent visual design skills with a sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Ability to present designs and sell design solutions to various stakeholders.
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
