What you'll do:
We are seeking an organized and people-focused Executive to join our People Experience Team in Dubai. In this role you will be responsible for managing both onboarding and offboarding operations, ensuring that every employee joining or exiting noon has a seamless, efficient, and compliant experience. You will coordinate with multiple stakeholders, maintain accurate documentation, and support people operations initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
- This role is a temporary contract for 3 months and may be extended depending on business needs and requirements.
- Preferred immediate joiner.
Onboarding Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete pre-boarding and onboarding lifecycle, coordinating with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and People Partners to ensure all new joiner requirements, documentation, and approvals are completed on time.
- Communicate proactively with new hires, providing all necessary joining information such as schedules, policies, dress code, and first-day logistics.
- Prepare and deliver onboarding materials including welcome kits, onboarding communication templates, documentation, and conduct the ONB welcome day induction.
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready records of all new joiners and follow up on pending documents to ensure compliance and process adherence.
- Continuously explore and implement innovative onboarding practices to enhance the new employee experience and streamline workflows.
Offboarding Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full offboarding process, guiding employees through exit steps and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Coordinate with Payroll, Finance, PRO, and other stakeholders to complete EOS processing, visa cancellation, asset recovery, and clearance workflows.
- Prepare exit documentation, arrange travel or repatriation if needed, and follow up on absconding cases as per policy.
- Maintain organized, compliant exit records and support audits, reporting requirements, and people operations tracking.
- Support People Experience projects by contributing to offboarding process improvements and other HR initiatives as required.
What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working as an Onboarding Specialist, HR Coordinator, or within HR People Operations, with exposure to both onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong time management skills and the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High degree of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
- Previous experience using HRIS systems.
- Basic understanding of UAE Labor Law related to HR operations.
Who will excel?

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR operations, onboarding, offboarding, or employee lifecycle management.
- Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced environments is preferred.
- Strong ownership mindset, high attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
