Your Role – where technology meets customer value
As a Project Manager, you’ll lead delivery projects for our Facility Management customers, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope and to high customer satisfaction. You’ll act as the bridge between the customer, the delivery team and internal specialists – making sure everyone is aligned and focused on shared success. In this role, you will take an active part in project delivery and maintain an ongoing dialogue with our Norwegian Facility customers to drive process improvements. You will also lead selected training sessions and onboarding activities during the implementation phases of our projects.
You will also contribute to tender and proposal processes, ensuring our deliveries maintain the highest technical and commercial standards.

- Plan, follow up and report project progress to both customers and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive engagement towards common goals.
- Contribute to tenders and bids.
- Contribute to continous improvments for existing customers and in ongoing projects.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and continued customer collaboration.

We believe you bring:
- Proven experience leading IT delivery or implementation projects, ideally within Facility Management or related areas.
- Relevant higher education in IT, technology or business.
- A recognised project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2 or IPMA) is a strong advantage.
- Technical understanding and the ability to grasp complex solutions.
- Fluency in Norwegian and excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
