Senior DevOps Engineer - Remote

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining highly available, secure, and scalable cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with development and operations teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, and streamline the management of enterprise applications. The position emphasizes hands-on expertise in Azure, Infrastructure as Code, Windows Server administration, and PowerShell scripting, ensuring smooth and efficient software delivery. You will also contribute to improving developer workflows, monitoring, and security practices across cloud environments. This remote role offers the opportunity to impact a dynamic IT organization, enhance technical skills, and participate in innovative cloud initiatives in a collaborative environment.

Accountabilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (ADOS) to support frequent and reliable application deployments
• Manage and optimize Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, high availability, and security
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to automate cloud and application provisioning
• Administer and configure Windows Server environments and IIS for enterprise applications
• Automate operational tasks and workflows using PowerShell scripting
• Work with MS SQL Server for database integration and management
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline deployment processes and resolve infrastructure issues
• Implement best practices for monitoring, observability, and security in cloud environments
  
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure services and Azure DevOps
• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines
• 5+ years of experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code
• 4+ years of proficiency in Windows Server administration and IIS configuration
• 4+ years of experience with MS SQL Server
• 4+ years of experience scripting in PowerShell
• Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is preferred
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor or Application Insights is a plus
• Experience implementing security best practices in cloud environments
