Having a technical background with experience working as Scrum Master of Software development teams Actively managed stories, risks, dependencies and impediments in a large scale setup Strong facilitation skills, problem solving skills, Experienced in collaborating with other partners stakeholders to re-solve dependencies for the POD Proficient in Jira and Confluence Additional valuable skills SAFe Certified with good working knowledge of Scaled Agile and SDLC Has servant leader mindset, strong communication skills, facilitation skills, able to coach the POD Drives continuous im-provements, PI Initiatives, team metrics Experience working in large scale model (Planning inter-val, PI Planning, etc) will be a big plus
