Responsibilities

• Stationed at the client’s premises to provide full-time project management support for ongoing projects.
• Focus on the Defects Liability Period, ensuring timely rectification of defects, completion of outstanding works, and effective stakeholder coordination.
• Represent the client’s interests by ensuring all contractor obligations are met and assist in project closure.
• Maintain and update project documentation diligently, including defects registers, project finances, and contractual records.
• Oversee and verify on-site work and rectifications to ensure compliance and quality standards.
• Support contract closure activities, including verification of deliverables and submission of required documents.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth handover and transition to operations.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Civil, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Environmental Engineering, Building Science, Project Management, Construction Management, or other related disciplines.
• Degree must be recognized by the relevant Professional Bodies in Singapore (Board of Architects or Professional Engineers Board) or BCA.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant post-graduate experience in the building construction industry or at least 3 years in project management.
