We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide executive and administrative support. In this full-time, hybrid role based in Orlando, FL, you will manage the executive’s schedule, organize meetings, handle correspondence, and assist with clerical duties. You will work closely with leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, balancing time between in-office and remote work as needed.
- Proven expertise in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong Communication skills and experience in Diary Management
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills, such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in office software tools (e.g., MS Office Suite, calendar apps) is preferred
- Flexibility and ability to adapt in a hybrid work environment
- Previous experience as a personal or executive assistant is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is a plus
