Field Application Engineer

Do you have experience with Functional Safety standards? IC Resources is seeking Field Applications Engineer to join a global leader in software applications. You will be joining the sales engineering team providing technical support to customers across various industries including Automotive, Aerospace & Defence, Medical and other safety-critical industries. In this role, you will be owning the full product line for their Quality Assurance products, providing technical presentations, demonstrations and product evaluations for embedded systems. This role will cover the whole of EMEA so flexibility to travel is mandatory.

Hybrid role.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent subject matter.
• Previous experience working on Embedded Software (mainly C/C++) as well as Python or similar.
• Experience with safety standards such as ISO26262 or IEC62304.
• Flexibility to travel up to 20%, across EMEA.
• Exposure to tools such as CMake, BitBake, Bazel etc.
• Excellent knowledge of software Functional Safety standards.
