Scrum Master

Job Overview:-

As a Senior Scrum Master, you will lead multiple Agile Scrum teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. You’ll be responsible for facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, managing sprint activities, and ensuring timely delivery with minimal technical debt. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies. You’ll work closely with stakeholders and product owners to align development efforts with business goals, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple Scrum teams in planning, development, testing, and delivery.
• Conduct all Scrum ceremonies:
• Sprint Planning
• Daily Stand-ups
• Sprint Reviews/Demos
• Retrospectives
• Interface with stakeholders and product owners to manage backlogs and sprint goals.
• Track and report Scrum activities daily.
• Remove impediments and manage risks to ensure team productivity.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables with minimal technical debt.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6–10 years in a similar role.
• Strong Agile/Scrum project management experience.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Agile estimation techniques.
• Proven ability to manage software development projects.
