Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for enterprise integration projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Salesforce Integration, Workato, or Dell Boomi, and will collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams to drive successful delivery using Agile frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Integration Architects, and Technical Teams to ensure clear requirements and successful delivery.
- Coordinate delivery of integration solutions involving APIs, middleware, and cross-platform data flows.
- Remove roadblocks, manage dependencies, and enable continuous improvement within the team.
- Track and report key Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and sprint performance.
- Coach team members on Agile best practices and support transformation initiatives.
- Manage communication and alignment across multiple stakeholders and business teams.
- Ensure high-quality delivery of complex integrations between systems like Salesforce, Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.
- Support risk identification, release planning, and change management activities.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of IT experience, with 4–5+ years as a Scrum Master.
- Hands-on experience supporting integration-based projects using platforms such as:
- MuleSoft
- Salesforce Integration / APIs
- Workato
- Dell Boomi
- Strong understanding of API lifecycle management, data mapping, middleware, and integration patterns.
- Certification preferred: CSM, PSM-I/II, SAFe Scrum Master, PMI-ACP.
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, distributed environment.
Good to Have
- Experience working in SAFe / scaled agile environments.
- Exposure to CI/CD, DevOps pipeline and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Prior background in software development or integration testing.
