- Support ongoing PMO initiatives and operational tasks, ensuring processes run efficiently.
- Formulate improvement requests for internal systems based on business process analysis.
- Monitor project allocations, verify hours in systems, and ensure timely period closure.
- Onboard new PMs to the system and assist them in navigating PMO processes, tools, and procedures.
- Create and maintain a database of PMO CVs for internal and external candidates.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Coordinate communication within the delivery team and across stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for PMs and management.
- Experience in PMO or project support/administrative roles.
- English language proficiency: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage large datasets.
- Proficiency in MS Office toolkit (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Bachelors degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint.
- Highly organized and structured in approach to work.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
