We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Operations Specialist/PMO Coordinator who thrives in a structured environment and excels at enabling smooth project operations. This role requires a combination of strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to support communication and processes across delivery teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing PMO tools and documentation, analyzing operational data, and ensuring that project teams have the guidance and support they need to work efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Support ongoing PMO initiatives and operational tasks, ensuring processes run efficiently.
  • Formulate improvement requests for internal systems based on business process analysis.
  • Monitor project allocations, verify hours in systems, and ensure timely period closure.
  • Onboard new PMs to the system and assist them in navigating PMO processes, tools, and procedures.
  • Create and maintain a database of PMO CVs for internal and external candidates.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Coordinate communication within the delivery team and across stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for PMs and management.


Requirements:

  • Experience in PMO or project support/administrative roles.
  • English language proficiency: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage large datasets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office toolkit (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Bachelors degree in business administration, project management, or a related field


Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint.
