This is a hands-on Product Manager role for someone passionate about shaping digital products, improving customer experiences, and exploring the possibilities of AI.
Salary: Up to £80k
Based: London (3 days in office)

What you’ll be doing:
- Define and refine the chatbot roadmap, delivering continuous improvements that align with both business and customer needs.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and local teams to translate requirements into clear, actionable deliverables.
- Work alongside tech, data science, and CX teams to implement enhancements efficiently.
- Support local markets, ensuring the chatbot meets country-specific needs while remaining scalable across Europe.
- Track performance and analyse insights, using data to prioritise the backlog and drive meaningful improvements.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience delivering value as a Product Manager in digital environments.
- Curiosity and interest in chatbot and conversational products — deep technical expertise is not essential.
- User-focused mindset, with a strong understanding of digital customer journeys.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable in both sprint reviews and executive presentations.
- Strategic and data-literate, able to zoom out to see the big picture while analysing details to inform priorities.
- A hands-on, adaptable approach — whether leading team ceremonies, designing journeys, or conducting in-depth testing, you’re ready to roll up your sleeves.
Nice to have (Not essential):
- Experience with chatbot or AI-driven products.
- Background in customer service or operational teams.
- Experience in a central role supporting local teams.
