The Role: AI Engineer

We're looking for an AI Engineer with 2-5 years of experience to own the end-to-end implementation of AI solutions for our global clients, leveraging our AI platform. This is a high-impact, full-time, Work From Office (WFO) role in London.

Key Responsibilities & Impact:

• Deliver Production-Ready Solutions: Design, build, and deploy robust, scalable AI Agents and data pipelines suitable for real-world, large-scale financial applications.
• Solve Real Business Problems: Focus on translating client challenges into tangible, practical AI strategies and technical solutions.
• Client & Strategy Development: Engage directly with clients to understand their needs, develop AI roadmaps, and expand our presence in new markets using Generative AI.
• Contribute to Platform Evolution: Share field insights to influence the continuous development and innovation of our AI platform features.
• Collaborate: Work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Experience: 2–5 years in building and deploying AI models and data pipelines in production environments.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Machine Learning.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in Python and solid skills in languages like Java, C++, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• AI/ML Foundation: Proven experience developing solutions with Generative AI models, coupled with a strong foundation in Machine Learning principles (training, evaluation, problem decomposition).
