Job Description

Curious about how projects take shape within a global network? Join us as a Project Management Intern in HR and communications and play a key role in strengthening our employer brand among students and graduates.

In this role, you’ll turn insights into impact. You’ll analyse data and trends to guide strategic decisions, drive process improvements, and track progress across key initiatives. Collaboration will be at the heart of your work as you connect with stakeholders throughout our network to ensure seamless execution.

You’ll also play a vital role in shaping our digital presence - supporting impactful communications campaigns and conducting market research to boost student engagement. Your efforts will help position us as an employer of choice and strengthen our reputation in the marketplace.

Qualifications

Who we’re looking for:



A proactive and organised student currently enrolled in a master's programme in business, marketing, or a related field. You bring strong analytical skills and fluency in English (additional languages are a plus), along with a solid proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Internship details:

This is a full-time, paid internship based in Brussels, Belgium, for a duration of six months. Start date is flexible (January or February 2026).

To be eligible, you must be able to provide an internship agreement from your university or school.
