Job Specification: Mid-Level Brand Designer

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary Range: 15,000 - 20,000 AED

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Mid-Level Brand Designer on behalf of our client, a leading creative agency based in Dubai. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects across various sectors, including retail, hospitality, and lifestyle. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating impactful designs and a proven ability to develop compelling brand identities.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Development: Design and develop brand identities that align with client objectives and market trends.
• Creative Execution: Produce innovative assets across multiple platforms, including print, digital, and environmental design.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as strategy, copywriting, and digital, to create cohesive brand experiences.
• Client Engagement: Attend client meetings to present ideas and refine concepts based on feedback.
• Research and Trends: Stay informed on global and regional design trends to ensure cutting-edge creative outputs.
• Mentorship: Offer guidance and support to junior team members as needed.

Skills and Experience

• Experience: 3-5 years in branding or graphic design, ideally within an agency environment.
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity work, typography expertise, and cross-platform design projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with tools like Figma.
• Conceptual Thinking: Ability to interpret briefs and translate them into innovative design solutions.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate design ideas effectively.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in experiential or environmental branding.
• Knowledge of motion graphics or animation tools.
• Familiarity with Arabic design aesthetics is a plus.
