We have been operating in Estonia for 30 years, and now we are looking for a Digital Client Relationship Manager to join our Tallinn team to help lead exciting digital projects and drive our clients’ business success.
Your main responsibilities:
iProspect is a global performance marketing agency working with digital performance for leading brands. In close collaboration with Google, Meta, and other relevant partners, we help our clients achieve their business goals by working strategically with SEO, Paid Search, Social, Content, Web Analytics, Conversion Optimization, Data Feeds, Performance Display, and Marketing Automation.
We are also part of the global agency network, dentsu, which includes some of the world’s strongest agency brands. Across our three service lines—Media, Creative, and CXM—we bring together top experts in media, strategy, creativity, performance, CXM, data, and technology.

We have been operating in Estonia for 30 years, and now we are looking for a Digital Client Relationship Manager to join our Tallinn team to help lead exciting digital projects and drive our clients’ business success.
Your main responsibilities:
- Take ownership of creating, maintaining, and growing client relationships.
- Identify client needs and goals and develop suitable digital strategies.
- Plan digital media (target audiences, budgets, channels, timing) and manage campaigns from start to finish.
- Prepare proposals, justify channel choices, and present campaign summaries at client meetings.
- Analyze campaign results (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.) and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Communicate with clients, media channels, and partners, and conduct negotiations.
- Collaborate with dentsu’s international colleagues to deliver outstanding service to shared clients.
- Manage day-to-day processes, including preparing and registering incoming invoices.
- Previous experience in client management, project management, or marketing.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, programmatic, etc.), including campaign planning and setup.
- Experience with web analytics setup and use (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills – able to explain complex information clearly and simply.
- Strong ability to analyze and interpret marketing data.
- Capability to understand client business needs from a marketing perspective and proactively offer solutions.
- Teamwork skills, flexibility, friendliness, and agility.
- Excellent command of Estonian and English (Russian is an advantage).
- Salary range 2500-3500euros Gross depending on experience
