About the Position

We're looking for a People & Operations Specialist to support our COO in building and scaling Novada's Team operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to gain broad exposure across the business. You'll help coordinate between teams, support key initiatives, assist with process documentation, and track important metrics. This role offers hands-on experience in operations, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-growing startup environment.


What We Are Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, people operations, office management, HR coordination, or similar roles
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
  • Willingness to take on various tasks and adapt as the company grows
  • Experience with or interest in recruiting: organizing and conducting job interviews, coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Comfortable managing office operations, administrative tasks, equipment, supplies, and vendor relationships
  • Ability to build and continuously improve processes, templates, and documentation
  • Interest in leveraging AI and automation tools to simplify workflows and increase efficiency
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across different teams and cultures
  • Proactive problem-solver who can identify inefficiencies and implement solutions
  • Bachelor's or Associate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but not required with relevant experience

Location
