We are seeking a driven and commercially focused National / Key Account Manager to join our client's team. This role offers the opportunity to lead customer relationships, grow sales, and shape the category within the grocery retail sector.


Location: North Co. Dublin Hybrid (1 day WFH per week)

Travel: Some national & international travel required

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and grow key retail accounts, achieving sales targets and category growth.
  • Develop and implement account plans, promotional activity, and seasonal ranges (e.g. Christmas, Mother’s Day, Easter).
  • Negotiate pricing, prepare weekly price lists, and forecast sales.
  • Oversee stock forecasting and ordering in line with customer demand.
  • Collaborate with commercial, procurement, operations, finance, and suppliers to deliver customer excellence.
  • Manage financial processes including promotional planning, pricing, invoice queries, and cost reviews.
  • Support NPD and innovation for seasonal product launches.


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience as a National or Key Account Manager, ideally with Irish grocery retailers.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • IT proficiency, particularly Excel.
  • Interest or knowledge in horticulture is a plus.
