YOUR ROLE
We are looking for a PMO Lead to drive the project intake and capture process both internally and with the client, ensuring speed of proposals, efficient project governance, and continuous fulfillment and execution. This role is critical to maintaining operational excellence and enabling rapid delivery for our client’s engagements. You can expect to work closely with client leadership in Dublin, manage governance frameworks, and oversee delivery milestones to ensure successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Of The Role
- Lead the end-to-end project capture process and ensure timely, accurate proposal development.
- Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to accelerate proposal turnaround.
- Establish and maintain PMO standards, templates, and processes for the client’s account projects.
- Monitor compliance with delivery frameworks and ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
- Act as the primary PMO interface for client leadership and facilitate communication between teams.
- Support resource planning and assist with financial tracking and reporting for project portfolios.
- Proven experience in PMO leadership within large-scale accounts or engagements.
- Strong understanding of project capture processes, proposal management, and delivery governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively with client teams.
- Familiarity with automotive or technology-driven engagements is a plus.
