Our client is a fast-growing tech company developing advanced Salesforce and AI-powered solutions for international and local clients across fintech, retail, logistics, healthcare, and other industries. They are looking for a Mid. level Salesforce Developer who enjoys tackling diverse projects, writing clean and efficient code, and growing their expertise within the Salesforce ecosystem.

YOU WILL:

  • Build and lead Salesforce solutions using best practices and scalable design;
  • Work on backend development, Apex-heavy tasks, and system integrations;
  • Create custom features with LWC, Aura, and Visualforce;
  • Support and improve document systems, APIs, and third-party integrations (e.g., Dokobit, SharePoint, HelloSign);
  • Work closely with clients, project managers, and teammates to deliver business logic;
  • Join exciting projects across fintech, retail, logistics, healthcare, and more.


WHAT WE EXPECT YOU WILL BRING:

  • 2+ years of experience in Salesforce development;
  • Good backend coding skills with Apex;
  • Experience with LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce REST APIs;
  • Understanding of Salesforce architecture and scalability;
  • Frontend skills with JavaScript and HTML;
  • Good understanding of modern software development principles;
  • Strong communication skills in English and Lithuanian, with the ability to explain technical solutions clearly to non-technical people.


NICE TO HAVE:

  • Experience using DevOps tools and CI/CD (e.g., Gearset, Gitlab, VS Code);
  • Salesforce certifications;
  • Worked on projects with complex logic, data migration, or multi-brand Community portals;
  • Knowledge of other programming languages, systems, or frameworks;
  • Understanding of the Lithuanian fintech ecosystem or international e-commerce/HR projects.

We offer a gross (before taxes) salary range of 2500 - 4000 EUR/month for a Mid-level Developer and 4500 - 5800 EUR/month for a Senior Developer. The final salary offer depends on the candidate's skills and experience.
