YOU WILL:
- Build and lead Salesforce solutions using best practices and scalable design;
- Work on backend development, Apex-heavy tasks, and system integrations;
- Create custom features with LWC, Aura, and Visualforce;
- Support and improve document systems, APIs, and third-party integrations (e.g., Dokobit, SharePoint, HelloSign);
- Work closely with clients, project managers, and teammates to deliver business logic;
- Join exciting projects across fintech, retail, logistics, healthcare, and more.
- 2+ years of experience in Salesforce development;
- Good backend coding skills with Apex;
- Experience with LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce REST APIs;
- Understanding of Salesforce architecture and scalability;
- Frontend skills with JavaScript and HTML;
- Good understanding of modern software development principles;
- Strong communication skills in English and Lithuanian, with the ability to explain technical solutions clearly to non-technical people.
- Experience using DevOps tools and CI/CD (e.g., Gearset, Gitlab, VS Code);
- Salesforce certifications;
- Worked on projects with complex logic, data migration, or multi-brand Community portals;
- Knowledge of other programming languages, systems, or frameworks;
- Understanding of the Lithuanian fintech ecosystem or international e-commerce/HR projects.
