Qualifications, Education & Experience

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

– Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in HR, with a significant focus on Compensation & Benefits, payroll, or HRBP operations.

– Demonstrated experience in managing payroll processes, PIT, and social insurance in compliance with Laos labor laws.

– Experience in Ms. Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power point,)

Key Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits Management:

– Develop, administer, and continuously improve the organization’s compensation and benefits programs.

– Ensure competitive salary structures, benefit plans, and reward systems that attract and retain top talent.

– Monitor and benchmark industry standards to maintain alignment with market trends.

Payroll & Tax Administration

– Manage end-to-end payroll processing in accordance with local regulations.

– Oversee personal income tax (PIT) calculations and compliance.

– Coordinate with external agencies for social insurance contributions and ensure timely and accurate processing.

Labor Law Compliance

– Ensure all HR practices comply with Laos labor laws and related regulations.

– Keep abreast of legislative changes and proactively update policies and procedures.

– Collaborate with legal counsel as needed to mitigate risk.

HR Operations

– Provide operational support to HR Manager

– Assist in workforce planning, and HR initiatives.

– Use HR systems to generate reports, analyze data, and support decision-making.

Workplace Administration

– Oversee day-to-day workplace administration to ensure a productive and safe work environment.

– Coordinate facility management, office supplies, and vendor relationships.

Support event planning, meetings, and internal communications.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

– Work closely with department heads and managers to understand their HR needs.

– Partner with finance, legal, and other departments to ensure alignment and compliance across the organization.

– Contribute to HR projects and process improvement initiatives.

Language: Lao, if having Vietnamese and English is preferable

Technical Skills

– Proficiency in HR systems and software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems).

– Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for strategic insights.

– Familiarity with labor regulations and compliance standards in Laos.

Soft Skills

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

– Proactive mindset with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
