Join our team of change professionals with diverse backgrounds in project management, optimisation, and consulting. We are central to driving the change agenda within the bank. As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage and progress our 1LOD Financial Crime uplift programmes. You will work alongside a driven team, promoting a collaborative and supportive environment.
We are looking for two motivated colleagues to join our team: one on a temporary (maternity cover) contract and one on a permanent contract.
- Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where you will have a chance to work 2 days per week at home).
You will:
- Drive projects and participate in implementing change efficiently
- Bring innovative ideas and problem-solving abilities to advance our change agenda
- Identify and engage with relevant stakeholders, balancing diverse needs to ensure the comprehensive design and implementation of changes
- Handle ad hoc tasks to support the change agenda within 1st Line Financial Crime
- Coach colleagues to reach their potential and share best practices to enhance team efficiency
- Plan, facilitate, and lead senior leadership offsites to align strategic goals
- At least 5 years of experience in managing projects or change agendas within international organizations
- A proactive, motivated approach with a focus on learning and overcoming obstacles
- Ability to lead, inspire others and thrive in a dynamic environment
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
- A relevant university degree in business management, engineering, project management, or a similar field
- Advanced English skills and clear, structured communication-skills
- Experience in change projects within in-house development or management consulting (would be beneficial)
Monthly salary range from 3920 EUR to 5880 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
