Job Description

Join our newly established Onboarding & Delivery Team within Talent Acquisition, where we are dedicated to delivering exceptional onboarding services for new joiners, employees transitioning to a new role, first-time managers. Our mission is to create a high-performing team that ensures every individual feels valued as they transition into their new roles.

As an Onboarding Success Partner at Nokia, you'll be part of a dynamic, global team, ensuring that new joiners experience a seamless, tailored onboarding journey that reflects the diverse needs of our international workforce. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates, playing a key role in optimizing our onboarding processes to meet Nokia's evolving needs.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

As part of the team, you will:

  • Responsible for creating a positive and engaging onboarding experience that ensures new joiners feel welcomed, supported, and equipped for success before day one.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new joiners and people managers throughout the onboarding journey, providing ongoing support and guidance.
  • Track and monitor the progress of new joiners during their onboarding journey, conducting regular follow-ups with both new joiners and people managers to ensure timely and successful integration into the company.
  • Ensure new joiners have access to workstations, badges, and permissions before their start date, coordinate onboarding paperwork and system setups for efficiency, and manage onboarding queries for timely resolution.
  • Conduct orientation sessions and introductory training for new joiners, ensuring they understand the company's culture, policies, and roles.
  • Collect feedback from new joiners and people managers to identify areas for improvement, and actively drive continuous enhancements to the onboarding

Key Skills And Experience

You have:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate adaptability in complex and ambiguous situations, while maintaining flexibility to navigate changing priorities with a positive attitude.
  • A strong service mindset with a focus on supporting new joiners and stakeholders.
  • A team player with a collaborative, proactive approach.

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Fluency in additional languages (Spanish, French).
  • Previous experience in onboarding, particularly for large-scale campaigns or global onboarding journeys.
