Job Location: Ljubljana, Slovenia
Main Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Support the Sales organization in planning, executing, and monitoring sales projects.
- Identify, develop, and close business opportunities with key and large accounts.
- Build, enhance, and maintain strong long-term customer relationships.
- Promote and position the full range of Huawei Technologies solutions to defined customers.
- Manage and coordinate business activities between Huawei and customers, ensuring alignment of interests and expectations.
- Develop and deliver impactful business proposals and professional presentations.
- Gather and analyze customer requirements, coordinating with technical sales to provide tailored solutions.
- Develop cooperative business plans with customers and partners to define new business models and support product development.
- Actively contribute to sales account planning by identifying opportunities, recommending actionable strategies, and ensuring alignment with the overall company strategy.
- Support the development and execution of media relations and communication strategies that protect, grow, and strengthen Huawei’s brand and reputation in Slovenia.
- Coordinate external communications, ensuring clear, consistent, and professional messaging.
- Provide support in building and maintain strong relationships with media, industry partners, and stakeholders.
- Support organization of marketing events, sponsorships, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate monitoring and reporting on media coverage, industry trends and activities.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure brand alignment and effective local adaptation.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication, Electrical / Electronic Engineering, MBA, Economics or related field.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
- Strong understanding of marketing, public relations, and external communications.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain trust-based relationships with customers and partners.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English and Slovenian (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
