10 NAC, ICAP, CDR Solutions
11 Understanding of Enterprise network architecture
12 Ability to coordinate with internal departments
13 Coordinate with Multiple Partners and OEM TAC
14 Asset management
15 Ticket management & Reporting
16 Knowledge about ITIL
17 Communication & Presentation skills
