Job Description

As a Software Engineer in Test, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks to enhance the quality and efficiency of our software products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements, develop test plans, and implement automation strategies that align with our development processes. This role requires a deep understanding of software testing principles, automation tools, and programming languages to ensure the reliability and scalability of our applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Playwright or similar tools.
• Collaborate with development teams to design test cases and improve software quality.
• Ensure test automation coverage across functional, regression and end-to-end testing.
• Debug and analyze test failures, report defects and work closely with engineers to resolve issues.
• Continuously enhance and optimize test automation frameworks.

Experience & Skills

• 2+ years of experience in software test automation.
• Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Playwright or similar.
• Hands-on experience in developing test scripts using .Net, C#, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation tasks.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test case design and defect tracking.
• Experience in debugging test failures and troubleshooting automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with API testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of performance testing best practices.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
