About the Role

We are looking for AI Engineers with strong hands-on experience in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems and Polish language models. The ideal candidate should be passionate about improving GenAI accuracy, multimodal document processing, and scalable production-ready AI pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Run and optimize RAG pipelines using Polish language models
• Benchmark system accuracy using provided scripts and propose improvements
• Implement enhancements in data ingestion, text chunking, and multimodal pipeline functionality
• Integrate audio & video processing support (e.g., Whisper), improve metadata extraction, and enhance table/image extraction
• Develop and maintain benchmarking scripts for GenAI & RAG systems (accuracy, TTFT, TTOT)
• Collaborate closely with DevOps and Data Engineering teams to build scalable AI solutions

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with embedding models and vector search
• Strong understanding of GenAI / RAG benchmarking (accuracy, TTFT, TTOT)
• Expertise in multimodal extraction technologies, including:
• OCR
• Audio/video processing
• Table extraction
• Multimodal document parsing
• Fluent Polish speaker with capability to work on Polish LLM projects
