About The Role

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager GBS, your expertise will be key in sculpting our workforce, enriching lives, and delivering on Reckitt's promise of a healthier, happier world.
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support to the GBS Talent Acquisition team, ensuring a seamless recruitment process for GBS roles. This role focuses on candidate management, interview scheduling, reporting, and maintaining ATS accuracy to enable efficient hiring and an excellent candidate experience.
This role is fix term contract for 12 months with possibility to extend.
Your responsibilities
- Interview Scheduling & Coordination: Arrange interviews across multiple time zones, manage calendars, and ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Candidate Management: Maintain regular updates to candidates throughout the process, ensuring a positive experience and timely feedback.
- ATS Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including candidate status, requisition details, and compliance requirements.
- Reporting & Metrics: Prepare and distribute recruitment reports (e.g., pipeline status, time-to-fill, candidate experience metrics) to support TA Advisors and stakeholders.
- Process Support: Assist TA Advisors in executing end-to-end recruitment steps by handling administrative tasks and documentation.
- Communication & Updates: Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding interview logistics and recruitment status updates.
- Compliance & Data Integrity: Ensure adherence to data privacy and recruitment compliance standards across all processes.
- Previous experience in recruitment coordination or HR administration is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Fluent English
- Proficiency in ATS platform (SuccessFactors) and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
