Product Management Compliance Support (Temporary Contract until 31st March 2026)

About The Role

In this role, you will support the Product team in Norway with the periodic review of market compliance for our products, specifically related to requirements for Norwegian Instruction for Use and Labeling of the products. You will ensure the documentation for our Product Portfolio meets the regulations and that it is comprehensible.

This is a temporary, full-time or part-time position, ideally starting as soon as possible. The contract ends on the 31st March 2026.

We are open to receive applications from students who have recently graduted or will graduate from university studies and can work a few days a week.

Key Responsibilities - What are you going to do?

  • Review documentation for select products in Mediq Norway’s portfolio and ensure that IFU, Instruction for Use, and Label is there in Norwegian language.
  • Ensure IFU and Label contains necessary and correct information.
  • Check the wording of the IFU and Label is indelible, legible and comprehensible to the intended user or patient.
  • Support the Data team to track progress, ensure archives are updated and flag where there is missing or erroneous content.
  • Work as part of a team consisting of Product Manager Lead, Compliance Support and Master Data Specialists.
  • Review documents made available from Data Specialists.
  • Check and report status on documentation – validated, rejected, or missing
  • Support the Data Specialists in highlighting rejections, reasons, and missing content.
  • Report to Product Manager Lead to track progress.
  • Support colleagues in the Compliance team during the review.

Qualifications and Skills - What is your background?

  • Last year student or recent graduate within clinical or nursing field.
  • General expertise in clinical terminology.
  • Fluent in English and Norwegian, both written and verbal.
  • Eye for detail and a structured approach to scoping and delivering on tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

We are looking for 1 full-time employee, but can also offer x2 part-time positions for students for 2.5-3 days per week.
