Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager – Business Development to lead growth initiatives within the Fintech & Innovation division. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen, deep knowledge of the fintech landscape, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets and KPIs. This role requires an Arabic-speaking professional with solid experience driving partnerships, identifying new revenue streams, and managing end-to-end business development cycles.


Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Growth

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the fintech and innovation space.
  • Lead market research and competitor analysis to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and execute business development plans to meet revenue goals and growth KPIs.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline across fintech products, digital solutions, and innovative technologies.

Sales & Relationship Management

  • Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets, KPIs, and quarterly performance objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with strategic partners, financial institutions, government entities, and ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Develop proposals, pitch decks, and commercial models tailored to client needs.

Fintech & Innovation

  • Stay updated on fintech trends, digital transformation technologies, and innovation frameworks.
  • Identify opportunities for adopting emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, payments, and digital onboarding solutions.
  • Support the development of new fintech offerings and partnerships that enhance the organization’s portfolio.
  • Collaborate with product, technology, and innovation teams to align solutions with market demand.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with leadership to define business development strategies.
  • Liaise with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Product, Marketing) for seamless onboarding of partners and clients.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field. Master’s is a plus.
  • 6–8 years of proven experience in Business Development within Fintech, Digital Solutions, or Innovation sectors.
  • Strong sales background with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent understanding of fintech products, digital ecosystems, and market dynamics.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Arabic speaker with excellent command of English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and drive results.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with government entities, banks, or financial institutions.
  • Exposure to emerging technologies and innovation-driven projects.
  • Network within the fintech ecosystem in the GCC region.
