You’ll join a DevOps team focused on observability, reliability, and developer productivity. Day one, you’ll help keep our Grafana dashboards accurate and actionable, fix flaky data sources, and ship small-but-mighty improvements to our CI/CD and Kubernetes environments. You’ll participate in an on-call rotation paired with a senior engineer who’ll mentor you through triage, escalation, and post-incident reviews.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineering roles or strong projects/internships.
  • Comfortable with Linux, shell (bash/zsh), Git, and basic networking (DNS, HTTP, TLS).
  • Monitoring fundamentals and time-series database; can write or learnPromQL/LogQLquickly.
  • Clear, concise communication; disciplined documentation and runbook writing.
  • Kubernetes (kubectlbasics, workloads/services, Helm/Kustomize).
  • Grafana stack: Prometheus, Loki, Tempo, Alerting, and dashboard provisioning.
  • IaC(Terraform) andGitOps(Argo CD).
  • Scripting in Python,Node.js, Typescript,Rust, or Go for small tooling.
  • Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) basics; IAM least-privilege mindset; container image scanning/secrets hygiene.

Job Responsibilities

Observability 

  • Create, edit, and version Grafana dashboards (panels, transformations, templating/variables, annotations).
  • Fix broken queries and data sources (e.g., Prometheus, Loki, Tempo,InfluxDB);
  • Maintain runbook documentation, manage incidents, complete
  • Partner with product teams to define SLIs/SLOs and wire metrics/logs/traces into meaningful views.

Kubernetes & environments 

  • Debug services in k8s (pods/events/logs), repair and extend existing services, deploy net-new services toArgoCD
  • Contribute to Helm/Kustomizechanges, config maps/secrets, and simple rollout/rollback tasks.
  • Assistwith routine cluster maintenance and upgrades.

CI/CD & Infra as Code 

  • Add/maintainpipelines (e.g., GitLab CI,ArgoCD) for lint, build, test, and deploy.
  • Keep Grafana and observability configs in Git.

Reliability & on-call 

  • After onboarding, join a paired on-call rotation: triage, escalate, communicate status, and contribute to postmortems.
