Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the planning and preparatory work for a large-scale technology modernization initiative. This role focuses on laying the groundwork for future execution, ensuring alignment for successful delivery towards a secure, cloud-based, and supportable environment.

Responsibilities

• Developing comprehensive project plans and governance frameworks.
• Conducting data analysis to support strategic decision-making.

• Assessing technical and financial preparedness for future execution.
• Coordinating across teams to ensure alignment with modern standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Project Management Skills (40%):
  • Expertise in applying project management theory, methodologies, and techniques.

  • Experience in developing and managing complex projects, estimating resources, and preparing/presenting submissions for approval.
  • Knowledge of IT systems, tools, and databases for developing comprehensive implementation plans.
