Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of the MVP, from architecture to deployment
- Collaborate with the founding team to define product requirements and technical strategy
- Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on new features based on user feedback
- Ensure code quality, scalability, and security across the stack
- Integrate third-party APIs and services as required
- Set up and manage cloud infrastructure and DevOps pipelines
- Participate in strategic decision-making and contribute to the company’s growth roadmap
- Support and mentor junior developers as the team expands
- Proven experience as a full stack engineer, with expertise in both frontend and backend technologies
- Proficiency in modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and backend languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java)
- Strong understanding of database design, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and DevOps practices
- Demonstrated ability to build and launch MVPs in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
- Willingness to work in a hybrid setup in Singapore, with flexibility for occasional on-site meetings or travel
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies
