In this role, you’ll be the key link between brilliant data science ideas and robust, production-ready AI systems.

Your impact will include:

• Designing and maintaining machine learning pipelines and cloud infrastructure for large-scale deployments
• Transforming offline models into fully operational, real-world systems
• Building scalable tools and services for training, inference, monitoring, and automation
• Applying software engineering excellence across CI/CD, versioning, containerization, and security
• Troubleshooting issues across data, models, and infrastructure
• Guiding teams on best practices and helping shape the organisation’s MLOps approach

🔧 What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who feels energised by both engineering and machine learning—and who enjoys being part of a growing, forward-thinking environment.

These skills will help you thrive:

• Strong engineering skills (especially in Python)
• Solid experience with cloud platforms and database systems
• Comfort working with containers, Kubernetes, and modern dev environments
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.
• Familiarity with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Service Bus…)
• Ability to set up APIs, ideally through serverless functions
• Understanding of ML tooling, monitoring, and deployment workflows
• A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills (Dutch or English, French is a plus)

Bonus points if you’ve worked with deep learning frameworks, data quality workflows, or enterprise-scale AI environments.
