Project Manager IT

Introduction

We are seeking a skilled consultant to join our client's dynamic team within their IT Production Services environment. This role is integral in managing and facilitating various initiatives while bridging the gap between business stakeholders and IT suppliers.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be tasked with a range of responsibilities, including:

• Acting as the Initiative Owner for IT Production initiatives.
• Supporting the business Initiative Owner in delivering initiatives and managing conflicts related to prioritization, budget, scope, and value.
• Monitoring progress and controlling the delivery of features associated with the initiative.
• Ensuring the initiative meets expected outcomes.
• Collecting status information from Feature Delivery Owners.
• Managing stakeholder relationships and organizing necessary ceremonies.
• Identifying and logging impediments at various levels and facilitating their resolution.
• Creating a trustful environment for effective communication and conflict resolution.
• Protecting the team from unexpected workloads and aligning with management.
• Contributing to Scrum of Scrum and Quarterly Agile Planning activities.
  
  
  

Profile of the Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• A Master’s degree or equivalent experience with a strong background (at least 5 years) in a similar role.
• A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, with a total of at least 10 years in professional environments.
• Strong understanding of technical and complex infrastructure architecture design.
• Knowledge of infrastructure migration projects is preferred.
• Experience in the banking sector and proficiency in Agile methodologies is a plus.
