Join our Commercial HQ Team as a Revenue Growth Management Analyst and help optimize pricing, promotions, and product mix to maximize revenue and profitability.

๐Ÿ“Š What youโ€™ll do

  • Analyze pricing, promotions, category profitability, and performance trends using advanced analytics and competitive intelligence.
  • Co-design global pricing strategies with HQ and local teams to protect margins and optimize value.
  • Coordinate forecasting and budgeting with Finance, Commercial HQ, and Business Units.
  • Develop reporting tools to monitor product/customer performance and identify margin opportunities.
  • Monitor distributor value chains and lead cross-country benchmarking to harmonize trade policies.
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Portfolio, and Marketing teams for aligned RGM execution.


๐Ÿ”ง What you bring

  • 1โ€“2 years of experience in analytical roles (business analysis, reporting, market analysis).
  • International experience (study or work abroad) strongly valued.


โœจ Skills & Mindset

  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with reporting tools and willingness to learn advanced analytics platforms.
  • Commercial awareness and problem-solving attitude.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn.
