What you will be doing

Develop our new Insights Platform modules

Work with the product manager and product designer to make sure the solution makes a difference

Take ownership by taking projects from an idea to a release and beyond

Reflect on your and the teams’ work to improve future developments and processes

Participate in shaping the future design of our codebase

Help your colleagues improve candidate experience.


What we are looking for

Someone who is an analytical problem-solver: you dig deep to understand the root cause and work methodically to resolve them while maintaining a positive and critical mindset.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience as a Senior Full Stack Engineer.
  • Experience with Next.js
  • Experience with Tailwind and Shadcn
  • Experience with AWS
  • Experience from SaaS business is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly in data analysis and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical colleagues
