Junior UX/UI Designer at BairesDev

As a Junior UX/UI Designer, apply your emerging skills to design engaging user interfaces and improve user experiences. This role involves participating in the design process, from research to implementation, enhancing your abilities in creating user-centered solutions.

What you will do:

- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.

- Contribute to user research and persona development to understand user needs and behaviors.

- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to refine and communicate design concepts.

- Work closely with senior designers to ensure consistency with overall design language and brand guidelines.

- Participate in user testing sessions, gathering feedback to iterate on design solutions.

- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate translation of designs into functional user interfaces.

Here's what we are looking for:

- 1+ year of experience in UX/UI design.

- Good understanding of design principles and user-centered design methodologies.

- Basic knowledge of design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.

- Familiarity with wireframing and prototyping techniques.

- Understanding of basic usability and accessibility standards.

- Ability to solve design problems effectively and learn new design tools quickly.

- Good level of English for effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
