Where and how we work?

We currently have teams based in Malta, Lisbon (PT), Sofia (BG), London (UK) and Bucharest (RO). Our hybrid work model encourages regular in-person collaboration while also allowing flexibility to work remotely.

Long story short, you will

We are looking for a Frontend Delivery Manager to coordinate and drive the successful delivery of new player-facing Casino & Sports frontends for one of our most important operator clients. This role is ideal for someone with a background in technical project coordination, delivery management, or team leadership who wants to step into a high-impact role at the intersection of Product, Frontend Engineering, and Design.

You will oversee delivery timelines, manage cross-functional collaboration, lead and manage a small Team of QA and Frontend Engineers, and ensure releases are executed smoothly.

All the responsibilities we will trust you with:

Delivery & Execution

  • Own and manage the delivery roadmap for frontend features and releases of our client(s)
  • Coordinate day-to-day work across Frontend, QA, and Design teams.
  • Oversee sprint planning, progress tracking, estimations, and execution.
  • Identify risks, blockers, and dependency issues early, ensuring timely resolutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with the Product Team to translate business needs into executable delivery plans.
  • Align with the Frontend Engineering Manager and QA Lead on technical feasibility.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between engineering, product, design, QA, and client stakeholders.

Team Management & Leadership

  • Provide operational leadership to a Team of Engineers, consisting of QA and Frontend Engineers.
  • Support team coordination, performance feedback, pacing, and workload distribution.
  • Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and team culture development.

Quality & Release Management

  • Ensure that releases meet required quality standards and acceptance criteria of the client
  • Coordinate testing processes and align with QA on testing scope and timelines.
  • Create visibility on release timelines, expectations, and readiness.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise :

  • Experience as a Delivery Manager, Technical Project Manager, or FE Team Lead.
  • Experience working with online casino and sports betting products
  • Strong understanding of Frontend development workflows (React/TypeScript familiarity preferred).
  • Leadership experience: experience coordinating a Team of Engineers
  • Experience working with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodology and facilitating scrum meetings
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional alignment skills.
  • Ability to anticipate risks and keep delivery on track in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
  • Client focused mindset and the ability to understand client needs
