We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Analyst / Business Assistant who will support executive decision-making through modeling, data control, and operational coordination.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial and operational models to support strategic decisions
- Assist with procurement and logistics of mining equipment (selection, delivery coordination, cost tracking)
- Monitor and analyze key product metrics:
- NFT pricing
- automatic shutdown system
- "miner in installments" product
- Develop and update profitability and cost-efficiency models for hosting services
- Maintain several operational spreadsheets and dashboards, ensuring daily updates and 100% data accuracy
- Prepare short reports, insights, and options for decision-making
- Work closely with executive leadership to support ongoing operational and strategic initiatives
- Strong technical or mathematical education (preferred universities: MSU Mechanics & Math, MSU Physics, MIPT, MEPhI, HSE, NES)
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to build clear, scalable models
- High proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (complex formulas, cross-sheet dependencies, scenario modeling)
- English C1+ — ability to communicate in an international environment
- High attention to detail, strong discipline, and ability to manage several parallel workstreams
- Fast learning ability and readiness to work directly with executives
