This role places you at the forefront of AI innovation in a global consulting environment, where you will transform Generative AI products into daily productivity boosts for over 2000 employees. Following Simon-Kucher’s recent global rollout of ChatGPT, you will strategically manage its product lifecycle and evolve it into a mature, value-driven Generative AI platform that accelerates project delivery, knowledge creation, and innovation across the firm. Your work will directly influence senior leadership decisions and shape concrete roadmaps for the future of AI at Simon-Kucher.

- You own and continuously evolve the vision, strategy, and OKRs for Conversational and Generative AI with a current focus on ChatGPT, Chatbots and AI Agents.
- You prioritize, launch, and scale new Agentic AI features for over 2,000 users based on impact, effort, and risk.
- You serve as the central point of contact and subject matter expert for all Conversational and Generative AI-related topics across the company.
- You collaborate with internal stakeholders including Directors to align AI capabilities with business needs.
- You champion internal adoption through strategic communication campaigns, hackathons, and enablement initiatives.
- You monitor, analyze, and continuously improve KPIs related to user adoption and system usage.
- You partner with the Learning & Skill Development team to drive effective training, change management, and onboarding efforts.
- You maintain ownership of the Conversational AI administrative environment, including the robust production deployment of CustomGPTs, APIs, and Agents.
- You hold a university degree and have a background in a consulting, professional services or startup environment.
- You bring 2–5+ years of experience in product management roles, with a focus on Analytics, SaaS or AI-based solutions.
- You are skilled at translating technical AI concepts into measurable business impact for diverse, non-technical audiences.
- You ideally have hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, or similar technologies.
- You preferably have a deep knowledge of AI strategy and adoption in global organizations.
- You are familiar with compliance and regulatory requirements related to AI and data privacy.
- You are highly proficient in both spoken and written English, with a fluency level of C1 or above; German language skills are a plus.
- You possess strong strategic thinking, prioritization, and decision-making abilities.
