Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis for medium to large projects.
- Gather, document, and validate business, functional & non-functional requirements.
- Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct gap analysis and identify improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand needs and prioritize features.
- Support development & QA teams throughout the delivery cycle.
- Facilitate UAT, review test cases, and ensure successful solution deployment.
- Prepare reports and communicate insights to leadership.
Required:
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- Strong experience writing user stories, BRDs/FRDs, and process documentation.
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Certifications: CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, CSPO, etc.
- Domain experience (Finance, Banking, Healthcare, Telecom, IT, etc.).
- Basic SQL knowledge and familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
