We sell directly to CFOs and Controllers, and are on a mission to reinvent how finance teams operate.

We’ve raised $9M+ from Foundation Capital, Gaia Ventures, BoldCap, and operators across the Office of the CFO ecosystem (as seen in PR across TechCrunch, Forbes, Axios, CFO Dive, and Foundation Capital). We’re scaling fast and looking for a Chief of Staff who can help the CEO run faster than the company is growing.

About the Founders

Maximor was founded by ex-Microsoft leaders who previously built large-scale AI + finance systems used across Fortune 500 orgs.

Our CEO (2nd-time exit founder) and CTO have worked together for nearly a decade across AI engineering, product strategy, and enterprise accounting workflows.

You’ll work directly with the CEO every day — joining the most important customer meetings, product decisions, hiring conversations, investor interactions, and company-building moments.

This is a masterclass in building an enterprise AI company from 0 → 1 → scale.

What You’ll Do

Act as the CEO’s force multiplier

• Convert raw direction into structured plans, briefs, and actions
• Own follow-ups, context gathering, and decision prep
• Free up CEO bandwidth across sales, product, and GTM

Accelerate Sales & Customer Outcomes

• Prepare decks, ROI narratives, notes, and pricing
• Join high-stakes calls with CFOs & Controllers
• Push deals forward — no stalls, no dead zones

Drive Strategic Execution

• Turn strategy into weekly priorities & operating plans
• Run cross-functional projects that unlock revenue, clarity, or efficiency
• Ensure nothing falls through the cracks

Own Internal Communication & Rhythm

• Run pipeline reviews, project cadences, and priorities
• Draft CEO-level memos, investor notes, and board materials
• Build dashboards + KPIs for alignment

Support Recruiting & Company-Building

• Partner on hiring across sales, product, engineering
• Help shape processes from scratch
• Represent Maximor with investors, customers, partners

Who You Are

You are elite, analytical, high-agency, and thrive in high-speed environments.

You likely have:

• 2–4 years in consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or founder experience
• Exceptional writing + synthesis abilities
• Strong execution muscle & organizational rigor
• Comfort with ambiguity and intense context-switching

You are:
