Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into design solutions.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to improve user experience.
- Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides for consistency.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends and best practices.
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, UI patterns, and responsive design.
- Experience with user research, persona development, and usability testing.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for design handoff.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Familiarity with motion design and micro-interactions.
- Portfolio showcasing UX/UI projects.
