- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master

- SAFe Scrum Master Certification (SSM)
- Above-average knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts
- Experience with project and issue tracking tools (e.g., Atlassian Jira)
- Experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams online collaboration tools
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
