Position Overview

We’re looking for a Client Success and Delivery Manager to champion client relationships and ensure successful project delivery from start to finish.

This role requires a skilled communicator and organiser with experience in Agile environments. You’ll work closely with our Tech Lead to ensure smooth collaboration between the development team and clients. From facilitating Agile ceremonies to monitoring budgets and timelines, your focus will be on keeping projects aligned, identifying risks early, and ensuring everyone is informed.

If you’ve previously worked in roles such as Project Manager, Account Manager, Delivery Manager, Product Owner, Scrum Master, or similar positions where you’ve balanced strategic thinking, client communication, and operational execution, this could be the perfect fit for you. Your experience in managing multiple priorities, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring client satisfaction will set you up for success in this role.

We are based in Edinburgh, with clients located across the UK. While we primarily work remotely, occasional travel to the Edinburgh office or client locations may be required.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed and aligned throughout their project.
• Agile Facilitation: Oversee Agile ceremonies, such as sprint reviews and backlog grooming, ensuring transparency, collaboration, and efficiency.
• Collaboration with the Tech Lead: Work closely with the Tech Lead to align on project estimates, schedules, and progress.
• Project Monitoring: Track project progress, budgets, and deliverables, addressing risks early and ensuring successful outcomes.
• Issue Management: Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks, working with both clients and the team to find solutions.
• Account Ownership: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their goals and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Documentation and Process Management: Ensure project details are consistently logged and updated in ClickUp, contributing to process improvements where needed.

Skills and Experience

• Strong experience in client-facing roles, ideally within digital agencies or web development environments.
• Proven expertise in Agile environments, including facilitating ceremonies like sprint reviews and backlog grooming.
• A sharp understanding of how projects run in a digital agency, with the ability to spot risks and inefficiencies early.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with both technical teams and clients.
• Confidence in addressing challenges and having candid conversations when needed.
• Commercial awareness and comfort working with budgets and timelines, ensuring projects stay on track.
• Familiarity with tools like Umbraco, ClickUp, Google Docs, Harvest and Xero.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with Umbraco or similar content management systems.
• Knowledge of digital marketing or experience aligning projects with marketing strategies.
