The Senior Specialist, Digital Business Analysis will be responsible to oversee capturing, analysing, and translating business needs into actionable requirements for QF’s digital delivery initiatives ensuring that digital solutions are designed and delivered in line with user needs, enterprise architecture, and QF’s strategic objectives.
Key Result Areas:
- Engage stakeholders to capture and validate business needs, processes, and priorities.
- Translate requirements into detailed specifications, process maps, and user stories.
- Ensure business requirements are aligned with enterprise architecture and digital delivery objectives.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and walkthroughs to ensure shared understanding of needs.
- Support testing and validation to confirm solutions meet agreed requirements.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements enabled by digital tools.
- Develop business requirement documents, user stories, and process flows to support digital delivery projects.
- Act as liaison between business stakeholders, solution designers, and developers to ensure requirements are fully understood.
- Assist in prioritising requirements and managing scope across projects.
- Support the development of acceptance criteria and participate in solution testing and validation.
- Provide input into business cases and benefits realisation plans for digital initiatives.
- Contribute to lessons learned and knowledge sharing to strengthen QF’s digital delivery practice.
- Ensure compliance with QF governance, security, and data management policies.
- Other reasonable tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related discipline. Master’s preferred. Professional qualifications in Business Analysis (e.g. CBAP, PMI-PBA) desirable.
- Minimum 6–8 years in business analysis, with exposure to large-scale IT or digital transformation projects.
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms, workflow tools, and requirements management systems.
- Strong process mapping, data analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and documentation skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to draft and edit a variety of written reports and communications and to articulate ideas clearly and concisely; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
