We are seeking a Middle Project Manager to join our team and support the delivery of global IT initiatives. The role focuses on Agile project coordination, customer-facing communication, and ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of project progress using JIRA.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and clients to drive successful execution across multiple workstreams, ensuring transparency, risk control, and on-time delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience using JIRA for creating and managing user stories and tracking project progress and preparing delivery reports
  • Strong facilitation skills, including the ability to conduct and lead daily stand-ups with customers
  • Experience in team coordination and task management, including:
  • Delegating tasks effectively across the team
  • Tracking progress and ensuring accurate hours reporting
  • Preparing and delivering weekly progress summaries to customer teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in data-related projects (data migration, analytics, or data platform development)

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the project lifecycle from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and quality standards
  • Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and project teams
  • Lead daily stand-ups and other Agile ceremonies
  • Create and maintain JIRA boards, tasks, and reporting dashboards
  • Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Track progress, resource allocation, and hours reporting
  • Prepare and deliver weekly status summaries to customer stakeholders
  • Ensure accurate documentation of decisions, actions, and next steps
