I’m exploring an ambitious project in the interactive entertainment space - a highly cinematic, story-driven experience built in Unreal Engine. The goal is to reach a level of emotional impact and visual quality comparable to global AAA leaders in the narrative genre.

I’m looking for a Game & Level Designer (UE5) who wants to shape something meaningful from the ground up - someone who understands the craft behind player flow, tension, pacing, and cinematic gameplay.
This is for people who enjoy early-stage building, big vision, and the challenge of creating something that stands proudly next to the industry’s best.

- co-lead the creative direction of gameplay and level design

- help define the core experience before the studio is built
