We are looking for a highly analytical, curious, and results-driven Data Scientist to join our fully remote team in Ireland. In this role, you will turn complex data into actionable insights, develop predictive models, and help drive strategic decisions across the company.
🎯 Key Responsibilities- Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets from multiple sources to extract insights and trends
- Develop predictive and prescriptive models using statistical and machine learning techniques
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to solve business problems with data-driven solutions
- Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively
- Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and improvement across processes
- Stay up to date with the latest data science methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across systems
- 2–5 years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related role
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or similar programming languages
- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and analytical mindset
- Excellent communication skills, able to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Must be based in Ireland with full working rights
- Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop)
- Background in A/B testing, experimentation, or causal inference
- Knowledge of ETL pipelines and data engineering concepts
- Familiarity with SaaS, e-commerce, or tech industries
- Fully remote role within Ireland
